XS/S: Bicep 9-11″ (23-28 cm), Outside Length 16.5″ (42 cm)
M/L: Bicep 11.5-13.5″ (29-35 cm), Outside Length 17.5″ (44 cm)
XL/XXL: Bicep >14″ (36 cm), Outside Length 18.5″ (47 cm)

Bicep Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm in a relaxed position.
Outside Length: Measure when sleeve is not stretched.

Care Instructions: Warm gentle machine wash with similar colours using a mild detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.

I suffer Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria & Vasculitis which was in remission however returned with a vengeance on both my arms & had is ultra-sensitive to everything. I’ve bought many different natural fabric arm covers/sleeves including European Medical ones but these Bamboo Sun Protection ones are by far the best!!!! I had bought a medium pair from the allergy shop then later stumbled on the Bamboo Bliss site where I bought 2 pairs in the small size as I also use them at night to help prevent any scratching plus I can use my ice packs over the top of them and hold the ice packs in place with elasti-tube bandages.
The difference they make outside is fantastic. Heat, wind, dust, fan/aircons, warm/hot water, steam & just about everything will trigger the CSU irritation but these bamboo bliss sun sleeves have helped reduce the triggers by over 50% Highly, highly recommend them for anyone suffering CSU, eczema or dermatitis and the like!!!!
